Our collection incubator is an epitome of precision and dedication, meticulously crafted through an extensive process involving forty distinct stages. Each stage is rigorously executed in alignment with ISO9001 quality standards and ISO14001 environmental norms, ensuring unparalleled integrity and excellence. Every single product triumphs in the integrity test, boasting continuous advancements in quality traceability and assurance. To cater to the diverse testing requirements of varying dosage and packaging forms, we have selectively curated an assortment of cups, filter materials, and compatible needles. This dynamic and versatile range of collection incubators is innovatively designed to satisfy all sterilization testing needs.
Product Rinse Sterility Test
Combination Product: The product rinse sterility test is uniquely tailored for products featuring hollow tubes, including infusion and infusion sets, which are unsuitable for soaking, with fluid channels certified as sterile. Renowned for its simplicity, this method involves an adaptation of FTM media with liquid D rinse products. The process entails membrane filtering of the eluate, subsequently placed in FTM and SCDM media. Although straightforward, this method is not frequently employed.
Bulk Drugs / Biopharmaceuticals
Bulk drugs (API) undergo sterilization in strict compliance with USP 71 standards, ensuring impeccable safety and quality prior to being released into the manufacturing process.
Bulk biologics are meticulously subjected to sterility testing as per 21 CFR 610.12. This regulation mandates utilizing a medium (FTM) with sample test sizes specified in the documentation, and a capacity not falling below 10 ml, ensuring thorough and accurate testing procedures.
Interpretation of Sterility Test Results
Technicians are diligently trained in the methodologies of growth testing throughout the cultivation process. Growth is ascertained by evaluating a medium that typically remains clear and transparent when aligned against a light source. Any turbid portion signals microbial proliferation. Upon detecting growth, the suspect container undergoes further examination to confirm that turbidity is indeed due to microbial presence, and not a result of sample decomposition. Occasionally, cloudiness might arise from particle dislodging or chemical interaction with the medium. Following testing, samples are returned to the incubator to complete the incubation period, with turbid specimens being tracked and exhibited for four days on the 14th day of the test.
