Our collection incubator is a masterpiece of precision, crafted meticulously through a stringent 40-step process, adhering rigorously to the ISO9001 quality system and the ISO14001 environmental standards. With a relentless focus on quality, 100% of our products excel in integrity tests, guaranteeing unmatched reliability and traceability. Tailored to meet the diverse testing needs across dosage forms and packaging varieties, we've curated an array of cups, filter materials, and complementary needles. Our innovative collection incubators cater meticulously to the demanding sterilization test requirements.
Superior Product Rinse Sterility Test
A Harmonious Combination Product: The Product Rinse Sterility Test is exclusively crafted for hollow tube products, including infusion and set systems where soaking is not feasible, and the fluid channel is designated as sterile. This user-friendly method necessitates the adaptation of FTM media combined with liquid D for rinsing purposes. The resultant eluate undergoes membrane filtration and is then placed with precision into FTM and SCDM. Although rarely employed, this method exemplifies a sophisticated approach to sterility.
Bulk Pharmaceuticals / Biopharmaceuticals
Bulk drugs (API) are meticulously sterilized in compliance with USP 71 standards, ensuring they are impeccably prepared prior to entering the manufacturing process.
Bulk biologics undergo thorough sterility testing in line with 21 CFR 610.12, necessitating the use of a medium (FTM) with specific sample test sizes as outlined in the documentation, and a minimum capacity of 10 ml.
Insightful Interpretation of Sterility Test Outcomes
Our technicians, expertly trained in growth testing methodologies, evaluate growth by observing the medium's clarity against a light source. The presence of turbidity signifies microorganism growth. Should growth be detected, the suspect container is promptly tested to ascertain that the turbidity is microbial and not due to sample decomposition. Occasionally, cloudiness arises from particle shedding or chemical interactions with the medium. Following confirmation, samples return to the incubator for the continuation of the incubation period. Turbid samples on the 14th day are transferred and meticulously assessed over a four-day period.
