Crafted with precision, our collection incubator goes through a meticulous forty-step manufacturing process. Each phase adheres strictly to ISO9001 quality standards and ISO14001 environmental protocols. Every single unit is subjected to rigorous integrity testing, ensuring impeccable traceability and quality enhancements over time. Tailored to accommodate various dosage and packaging requirements, we have curated a selection of diverse cups, premium filter materials, and compatible needles. Our innovative designs cater to an array of sterilization tests, perfectly addressing your unique needs.
Product Rinse Sterility Test
Combination Product: Our Product Rinse Sterility Test is expertly designed for products with hollow tubes like infusion and infusion sets. Unsuitable for soaking, but ideal for fluid channels marked as sterile. This method is user-friendly, involving modifications of FTM media with liquid D rinse products. The eluate undergoes membrane filtration and is placed in FTM and SCDM. Despite its practicality, it is not commonly used.
Bulk Drugs / Biopharmaceuticals
Bulk drugs (API) undergo sterilization in alignment with USP 71 standards before being integrated into the manufacturing process, ensuring high quality and safety.
Bulk biologics are subject to rigorous sterility tests in adherence to 21 CFR 610.12. This includes a medium (FTM) with specified sample test sizes and a minimum capacity of 10 ml, ensuring comprehensive testing and validation.
Interpretation of Sterility Test Results
Our technicians, well-trained in growth testing methodologies, closely monitor the cultivation process. Growth is indicated by changes in the clarity of the medium against a light source. Turbidity often signals microbial growth. Upon growth detection, the suspect container undergoes further testing to confirm microbial presence, ruling out sample decomposition or interactions with the medium. After testing, samples return to the incubator for continued observation. Turbid samples are transferred and monitored over a four-day period, culminating on the 14th day of the test.
