Sophisticated Product Rinse Sterility Test
Our innovative combination product: Product Rinse Sterility Test, is specifically designed for products featuring hollow tubes, such as infusion and infusion sets. Ideal for systems not suited for soaking, this method is distinguished by its simplicity and requirement to modify FTM media with liquid D rinse products. The eluate undergoes membrane filtration before placement in FTM and SCDM media. Though not commonly employed, this method ensures reliability in the sterility testing process.


Specialized Bulk Drugs / Biopharmaceuticals Solutions
Bulk drugs (API) are expertly sterilized in accordance with USP 71 standards before being seamlessly integrated into the manufacturing process, assuring quality and safety.

For bulk biologics, sterility is stringently assessed following 21 CFR 610.12 guidelines, utilizing a medium (FTM) with specified sample test sizes and a minimum capacity of 10 ml, ensuring compliance and reliability.


Comprehensive Interpretation of Sterility Test Results
It is imperative that technicians are thoroughly trained in growth testing methodologies during the cultivation process. Growth is accurately evaluated by inspecting a generally transparent medium against a light source; any turbid areas indicate microbial activity. Upon detecting growth, the suspect container undergoes further analysis to verify that the turbidity is microbial, rather than due to sample decomposition. Occasionally, cloudiness may arise from particle shedding or chemical reactions with the medium. Post-testing, the sample is returned to the incubator for the remaining duration of the incubation period. Any turbidity observed in the medium is monitored over a four-day period commencing on the 14th day of testing.
