Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, our collection incubator undergoes an impressive forty-step manufacturing process, strictly adhering to the rigorous ISO9001 quality system and the eco-conscious ISO14001 environmental standards. Each product boasts a flawless integrity test pass rate, ensuring superior quality traceability and continuous enhancement. By carefully selecting a variety of cups, filter materials, and precision-matched needles based on diverse testing requirements for different dosage and packaging forms, we have ingeniously developed a range of collection incubators to seamlessly accommodate various sterilization tests.
Sterility Test for Product Rinse
Combination Product: Our product rinse sterility test is expertly tailored for products featuring hollow tubes, such as infusion and infusion sets. Not suited for soaking, these products boast a sterile-marked fluid channel. The test method is straightforward, involving the adaptation of FTM media with liquid D rinse products. The eluate is meticulously membrane filtered and then placed in FTM and SCDM. While this method is less frequently employed, it remains a reliable option.
Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients / Biopharmaceuticals
Prior to entering the manufacturing process, Bulk Drugs (API) are thoroughly sterilized in compliance with the strict criteria outlined in USP 71.
Bulk Biologics undergo stringent sterility testing in accordance with 21 CFR 610.12. This regulation mandates the use of a medium (FTM) with test sample sizes as detailed in the guideline, with a volume requirement of no less than 10 ml.
Deciphering Sterility Test Outcomes
Technicians must possess comprehensive training in growth testing methodologies during the cultivation phase. Growth is meticulously ascertained by examining a medium that remains generally clear and transparent against a light source, where any cloudiness indicates microbial proliferation. Upon the detection of growth, the suspect container undergoes verification to ensure that the turbidity is indeed caused by microorganisms, rather than sample decomposition. Occasionally, cloudiness results from particle dispersion or a chemical reaction with the medium. Following testing, samples are returned to the incubator for the remainder of the incubation term. On the 14th day, turbid samples within the medium are re-examined and documented over a four-day observation period.
