Our meticulously crafted collection incubator exemplifies excellence, fashioned through forty painstaking processes. Each step adheres rigorously to the stringent ISO9001 quality system and ISO14001 environmental standards. Every product proudly passes the integrity test, signifying our relentless pursuit of quality enhancement and traceability. Catering to diverse testing demands across various dosage and packaging forms, we've curated an array of cups, filter materials, and compatible needles. These elements coalesce into a spectrum of collection incubators expressly developed to satisfy all sterilization test necessities.
Sterility Testing for Product Rinse
Combination Product Insight: Our Product Rinse Sterility Test is your go-to for items featuring hollow tubes, such as infusion sets. Ideal for products not suited to soaking, this method ensures sterility in marked fluid channels. It simplifies operations by modifying FTM media with liquid D, facilitating a rinse. Post-rinse, the eluate undergoes membrane filtration before being placed in FTM and SCDM. Though often reserved as a secondary option, its applicability remains specific and vital.
Bulk Drugs / Biopharmaceuticals
Bulk pharmaceuticals (API) undergo rigorous sterilization as per USP 71 standards prior to entering the manufacturing phase, ensuring optimal safety and effectiveness.
Bulk biologics undergo meticulous sterility testing in alignment with 21 CFR 610.12 regulations. This process mandates the use of FTM medium, with specified test sample sizes, maintaining a minimum capacity of 10 ml, ensuring comprehensive validation.
Sterility Test Results Analysis
Technicians receive extensive training in sophisticated growth testing methodologies during cultivation. Growth detection hinges on the clarity of the medium against light, where turbidity indicates microbial proliferation. Suspect containers undergo further testing to ascertain microbial presence rather than sample decomposition. Occasionally, medium cloudiness arises from particle shedding or chemical reactions. Post-confirmation, samples return to incubation to complete the cycle. Notably, samples showing turbidity are examined four days into the 14-day test, ensuring thoroughness.
