Engage with excellence! Our collection incubator undergoes a meticulous crafting journey through forty precise processes, each aligned with the prestigious ISO9001 quality system and the environmentally conscious ISO14001 standard. Every single product triumphs in integrity tests, ensuring relentless progression in quality traceability and assurance. Catering to diverse testing demands of various dosage and packaging forms, we meticulously select a range of cups, filter materials, and precision needles. This innovation leads to the creation and development of bespoke collection incubators that are perfectly tailored to fulfill assorted sterilization testing necessities.
Product Rinse Sterility Test
Combination Product: Our product rinse sterility test is expertly designed for items featuring hollow tubes, such as infusion sets, where immersion is unsuitable, and the fluid channel needs to be sterile-marked. This user-friendly method involves a sophisticated modification of FTM media with liquid D rinse products. The resulting eluate is expertly membrane-filtered and cultured in both FTM and SCDM mediums, although it is not commonly used, it showcases our flexibility and advanced capabilities.
Bulk Drugs / Biopharmaceuticals
Bulk Drugs (API): Prior to progressing to the manufacturing stage, our bulk drugs are expertly sterilized in accordance with the stringent USP 71 standards, ensuring impeccable quality and safety.
Bulk Biologics: Adhering to the robust 21 CFR 610.12 regulations, our bulk biologics undergo rigorous sterility testing using the FTM medium, with sample test sizes meticulously detailed in the documentation, ensuring a sample volume not less than 10 ml, guaranteeing excellence in biopharmaceutical safety.
Interpretation of Sterility Test Results
Technicians' Expertise: Our technicians receive comprehensive training in advanced growth testing techniques during the cultivation process. Microbial growth is assessed by observing the clarity of the medium against the light, with any turbidity signaling microbial presence. Upon detecting growth, we rigorously test the suspect container to confirm microbial presence, distinguishing it from potential sample decomposition or chemical interactions. Post-testing, samples are returned for the remaining incubation period, with turbid samples meticulously showcased over a four-day period on the 14th day, underpinning our commitment to precision and accuracy.
