Our collection incubator is a masterpiece, crafted through a meticulous 40-step manufacturing process, steadfastly adhering to both ISO9001 quality and ISO14001 environmental standards. Every single product undergoes a rigorous integrity test, ensuring exceptional quality and seamless traceability. Tailored for diverse testing needs, we offer an array of cups, filter materials, and matching needles, each ingeniously designed to fulfill various sterilization test requirements with unparalleled precision.
Product Rinse Sterility Test
Combination Product: The Product Rinse Sterility Test is expertly crafted for products possessing hollow tubes, notably infusion and infusion sets. This method, unsuitable for soaking, is streamlined for fluid channels marked sterile. Effortlessly executed, it involves the modification of FTM media with liquid D rinse products. The resultant eluate undergoes meticulous membrane filtration before placement in FTM and SCDM media. Note, however, that this method is seldom employed in routine practices.
Bulk Drugs / Biopharmaceuticals
Bulk drugs (API) are impeccably sterilized in strict accordance with USP 71 standards before entering the manufacturing pipeline, ensuring uncompromised purity and safety.
Bulk biologics undergo rigorous sterility testing conforming to 21 CFR 610.12 regulations. This mandates the use of a medium (FTM) and specifies sample test sizes, all contained within a minimum 10 ml capacity, ensuring stringent compliance and reliability in results.
Interpretation of Sterility Test Results
Technician Training is paramount in mastering growth testing methods during cultivation. Growth is identified through a shift from a transparent medium to turbid areas, indicative of microbial presence. Upon detection, further testing of the suspect container is essential to confirm microbial growth, ruling out sample decomposition or chemical reactions. Post-verification, the sample returns to the incubator to complete the incubation cycle. Turbid samples are meticulously observed, tracked, and recorded over a four-day window on the 14th day of examination, ensuring precise and accurate data collection.
