Our collection incubator is the result of meticulous craftsmanship, involving forty precise processes that strictly adhere to the ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental standards. Every single product is subjected to a rigorous integrity test, ensuring flawless quality and traceability. We've tailored a diverse array of cups, filters, and matching needles to cater to the specific testing requirements of various dosage and packaging forms. This innovation has led to the development of collection incubators perfectly suited for all sterilization test needs.
Excellence in Product Rinse Sterility Testing
For combination products, our product rinse sterility test is specifically designed for items with hollow tubes, such as infusion and infusion sets where soaking isn't applicable. Suitable for fluid channels marked as sterile, this user-friendly method involves modifying FTM media with liquid D rinse products. The eluate undergoes membrane filtration before being placed in both FTM and SCDM. While not commonly used, this method ensures thorough sterility.
Bulk Drugs and Biopharmaceutical Applications
Our bulk drugs (API) undergo rigorous sterilization testing in accordance with USP 71 standards prior to integration into the manufacturing process, ensuring unmatched purity and quality.
For bulk biologics, we conduct sterility tests based on the stringent 21 CFR 610.12 guidelines. This involves using a medium (FTM) with sample test sizes detailed in the document, maintaining a minimum capacity of 10 ml to ensure comprehensive analysis.
Understanding Sterility Test Results
Technicians receive specialized training in growth testing methods essential during the cultivation process. Growth is assessed by examining the medium's transparency against a light source. The presence of turbidity indicates microbial growth, prompting further investigation to confirm microbial presence rather than sample decomposition or particle shedding. Samples showing turbidity are returned to the incubator for the remainder of the incubation period. On the 14th day, these samples are transferred and displayed for an additional four days, ensuring thorough examination.
